Life is rarely straightforward and it's not always easy to untangle problems on your own.
Sometimes what has happened in the past can affect how we deal with things in the present. Psychotherapy helps us identify unhelpful patterns and think about different ways of looking at our lives. Exploring issues in conversation with someone else can lead to shifts in how we respond to others and to events.
Whatever your reason for seeking therapy I offer a safe, confidential space where we can think together about behaviours and patterns that may feel stuck and repetitive.

Sessions and Fees.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and at regular intervals. You will be encouraged to talk about whatever is on your mind and to bring up feelings and thoughts for us to look at together. Sometimes we will make links between current issues and past experiences. By looking at what you might not be consciously aware of we can develop new insights that can help you to move forward.
Sessions are £80. I sometimes have low fee places so it is worth getting in touch to inquire.
I currently offer both face to face and Zoom sessions and consultations. My rooms are in South London close to bus, train and tube stops.
